Free Intro Classes are now being offered at Bizfit Crossfit!  Please tell your friends – spread the word!

Classes are offered:

Tuesdays 5:00 – 5:30

 Thursdays  5:00 – 5:30

Thursdays 12:00 – 1:00

Saturdays 11:00 – 12:00
