Class Descriptions
Crossfit* - Elements Training Session- Elements sessions follow the workout of the day (w.o.d.) but at a scaled down pace and version allowing newer CrossFitters to build their skill and conditioning before tackling the w.o.d.'s as prescribed.
Fundamentals Class- Work on perfecting your fundamental CrossFit skills. This class is a must for the serious CrossFitter. (Beginners Welcome!) In order to keep improving your times in the w.o.d.'s you must improve efficiency in all the basic moves like squats, front squats, overhead squats, deadlift, press, push press, push jerk, sumo deadlift highpull and the clean. These nine movements make up the core of CrossFit exercises.
Kids** 11 a.m. 7, 8, 9 year olds $50 a month unlimited or $15 per class
Kids sessions will last 45 minutes and focus on playfull side of exercise. Kids is completely scalable to any childs ability. The needs of second graders and competitive highschool athletes differs by degree not kind. Therefore, kids of different movement and sporting backgrounds can train and progress together.
Personal Training......................................$75/session or Package of 8 sessions @ $65/session = $520
Semi-private Training (2-3 people)........$45/person
CrossFit Classes.....................................$25/class or $160/month for an unlimited number of classes!!
